Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the Mahjong tiles must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your Mahjong tiles arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

• We will provide a free return for damaged or defective items and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, please email us at thedirtymahj@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

1. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

2. Please securely package the Mahjong tiles to prevent any damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

• If you are returning an item due to damage or defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

• For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned Mahjong tiles in their original condition.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
